What can I say about Charizma Taylor.  She is a born leader.  She has always been passionate about the work of Communities in Schools from a site coordinator to her current role of program manager.  There is never a moment that she can discuss the mission, goal, and works of CISETX without tears falling down her face.  She is committed to being a great teacher, leader and mentor to everyone she encounters.  She is thorough in her work never meeting a difficult task.  When asked, she produces.  We are so honored and proud to have her as a part of the leadership team.  Charizma, continue to let your light shine bright!
